Orders will be shipped within two working days when on stock.

Shipments over 40 Euro will be sent as registered shipments with track and trace.

In Europe items will be shipped with Postnl or DPD. Outside Europe with Postnl.

The CraftBot 3 will only be shipped to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg with the network of “Transmission” by Wisman Transport because of the weight of 38kg.

Private customers can return the order within 10 working days, but we gently ask to contact us first to be able to solve issues encountered.

Items have to be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. We understand you have test printed with a CraftBot and the extruder is used. That won’t be a problem for returning.

Unless large resellers we don’t offer free shipment for returning, so that will be for your own costs.

In contrast to large resellers as well,  we will be more than reasonable, when you approach us with respect and understanding. With that attitude you can make us fly and -by that-  make your problems *poof*  disappear.
